And I'm back...
Hello, Readers (all 2 of you)...
Back from a brief hiatus. Since I last wrote, the NCAA tournament introduced me to the intimate details of the foreboding omen John Goodman describes to Larry Sellers in the big Lebowski. By picking the COLOSALLY STUPID Wisconsin Badgers run to the title game, I effectively eliminated myself from competition in the first weekend of the tourney. I guess it wasn't meant to be for the good guys this year. With Duke's loss, the only thing I have had to look forward to is the fantastically awesome Roy Hibbert hairdo. I know it doesn't look like much, but this man is sporting a cool afro, and I for one am pleased to watch it march to the title. Also, I've adopted the Hoyas this tourney, as I knew duke would blow goats this year. Additionally, I know it was beaten to death already, and I HATE Tyler Hansbrough with the fire of a thousand suns, but the Henderson "rebond" attempt was totally intentional. I don't advocate the cheapshot, but Hansbrough found out what it's like to be owned by the dukies.
Anyway, on to other news. Looking for jobs in NYC. So far nothing, but I'll be there cheering on the Mets as of June. Since I believe all two of my readers live in NYC anyway, I guess this is me saying I can't wait to get down there.
I hope Florida and Ohio State lose, but i'm preparing for the exact opposite result.
Ok, done for now. See you soon...
